The most important things first
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, with no connection to Google Fonts or other font services. The only exception is the email delivery triggered by the inquiry forms, see the section “Contact forms and email delivery”.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and the browser used (server log files). This data is required to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website).
A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers to the USA take place on this basis and on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
Contacting us
If you call us or write an email, we process your details to handle your request and possible follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Contact forms and email delivery
On the service pages and on the contact page you can use a form to send us an inquiry. We process the details you provide in the form: name, email address, phone number, the town and street of the intended job, optionally your message, as well as the selected service. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or, where you have additionally consented, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
For the technical delivery of these emails we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Your details from the form are transmitted to Resend for this purpose and processed there solely to deliver the emails.

After submitting the form you automatically receive a confirmation by email; the inquiry itself is sent to our inbox. We delete the data as soon as the inquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
